How the Console Testers referral program works.

1. Eligibility

The Console Testers Referral Program is open to registered users with valid accounts in good standing. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Suspended, terminated, restricted, or otherwise non-compliant accounts are not eligible to participate in the program or receive payouts.

2. Commission Structure

Eligible referrers earn a 12% commission on the first qualifying purchase completed by a referred user through the Console Testers website.

A qualifying purchase means the first completed website payment made by a referred user who signed up or was attributed through your unique referral link. Later purchases by that same user do not generate additional commissions unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

• Referral commissions apply only to purchases made through the Console Testers website.
• Referral attribution lasts for 90 days from the first qualifying referral click.
• Console Testers uses a first-touch attribution model during that 90-days window.
• Commissions are calculated using the USD-equivalent transaction value recorded by Console Testers at the time of purchase.
• We may change commission rates or program rules for future transactions by updating this policy.

3. Payouts

Referral payouts become available once your confirmed referral balance reaches a minimum of $20.00 USD.

To request a payout, contact support@consoletesters.com. We may require reasonable verification before releasing funds, including identity or payment details needed to complete the payout.

• Balances below $20.00 USD remain on account until the threshold is reached.
• Payout methods may vary depending on availability and verification requirements.
• We aim to process payout requests within 7 business days, although timing may vary by payout method and review needs.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the referral program in a deceptive, abusive, automated, or misleading way.

• No self-referrals or attempts to earn commission from your own purchases.
• No fake accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated methods to create referrals or conversions.
• No spam, unsolicited outreach, or posting referral links where they are prohibited or unwelcome.
• No misleading claims about Console Testers, our pricing, our services, or the referral program.
• No impersonation of Console Testers, its staff, or official representatives.
• No bidding on Console Testers branded search terms in paid ads without our prior written approval.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Clawbacks

If a referred purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, or later determined to be invalid, the related commission may be removed from your balance.

If a reversal creates a negative balance, that amount may be carried forward and offset against future commissions.

6. Brand and Promotional Use

You may use the Console Testers name solely to promote the referral program in a truthful and non-misleading manner.

You may not alter our branding, misrepresent an affiliation beyond the referral relationship, or create promotional materials that violate law, platform rules, or this policy.

7. Termination

You may stop participating in the referral program at any time by contacting support@consoletesters.com.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if we believe you violated this policy, our terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the program.

If participation is terminated for fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Liability and Tax Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Console Testers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the referral program, including loss of expected commissions.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to referral payouts in your jurisdiction. Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and Console Testers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Referral Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date on this page.

Your continued participation after changes become effective means the revised policy will apply to your continued use of the program.
