Eligible customers can choose either a full refund or one free retry cycle, subject to this policy.
Refund requests must be opened within 5 calendar days after testing is marked complete.
A refund or free retry is available only for eligible Console Testers private testing purchases when your app completes the purchased testing cycle and your production access request is then rejected.
Refund coverage is intended for campaigns that completed the required testing period purchased through Console Testers. To remain eligible, you must follow the required setup instructions, keep the campaign accessible to testers during the active window, and submit a genuine request for production access.
To request a refund or free retry, email support@consoletesters.com and clearly state whether you want a refund or an additional testing cycle.
Requests must be opened within 5 calendar days after the testing campaign is marked complete. Requests submitted after that window may be denied.
We aim to review refund or retry requests within 3 to 5 business days, although some requests may take longer if additional verification is required.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back through the original payment method or another reasonable method chosen by Console Testers where necessary.
Approved refunds typically appear within 7 business days after approval, but actual timing may vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We may deny a request that does not satisfy this policy or appears fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by campaign records.
Contact support within 5 days after your testing cycle is marked complete if you need to open a refund or retry request.
