How refunds and retry requests work.

This policy explains when a Console Testers purchase may qualify for a full refund or a free retry cycle, and what information you need to submit.

Refund eligibility applies only after a purchased testing cycle is completed and production access is then rejected.

Full refund or retry

Eligible customers can choose either a full refund or one free retry cycle, subject to this policy.

5-day request window

Refund requests must be opened within 5 calendar days after testing is marked complete.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or free retry is available only for eligible Console Testers private testing purchases when your app completes the purchased testing cycle and your production access request is then rejected.

Refund coverage is intended for campaigns that completed the required testing period purchased through Console Testers. To remain eligible, you must follow the required setup instructions, keep the campaign accessible to testers during the active window, and submit a genuine request for production access.

  • Option 1: Receive a full refund of the amount paid for the eligible campaign.
  • Option 2: Receive one additional testing cycle at no extra charge.
  • You must provide proof of rejection, such as the official Google rejection email or an equivalent decision notice tied to the completed campaign.

2. How to Request a Refund or Retry

To request a refund or free retry, email support@consoletesters.com and clearly state whether you want a refund or an additional testing cycle.

Requests must be opened within 5 calendar days after the testing campaign is marked complete. Requests submitted after that window may be denied.

  • Your registered email address or other account-identifying details
  • Order details, receipt details, or other proof of purchase
  • The app package name and campaign details
  • The official rejection notice or other proof supporting the request

3. Review, Approval, and Timing

We aim to review refund or retry requests within 3 to 5 business days, although some requests may take longer if additional verification is required.

If a refund is approved, it will be sent back through the original payment method or another reasonable method chosen by Console Testers where necessary.

Approved refunds typically appear within 7 business days after approval, but actual timing may vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

  • We do not offer partial refunds under this policy.
  • Approved outcomes are limited to a full refund or one free retry cycle.

4. Exclusions and Exceptions

We may deny a request that does not satisfy this policy or appears fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by campaign records.

  • No proof of purchase or no proof of rejection is provided.
  • The request is submitted outside the 5-day window after testing completed.
  • The campaign was disrupted by customer actions, including removing access, changing required setup, or failing to maintain the test track during the purchased period.
  • The rejection appears unrelated to the completed testing service, such as unrelated policy, content, account, or listing violations.
  • The request involves abuse, duplicate claims, chargeback misuse, or other bad-faith conduct.
