Console Testers provides tools and services intended to help developers run closed-testing campaigns, coordinate human testers, track campaign progress, and manage related app-submission workflows.
We act as a service provider and coordinator. We do not represent Google, the Google Play Console, or any other third-party platform, and we do not guarantee the quality, completeness, or business outcome of any testing, feedback, review, or platform decision.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you are using Console Testers on behalf of a company, studio, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address and password or a supported third-party sign-in method.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive purposes.
You retain ownership of the app details, icons, screenshots, descriptions, links, notes, and other materials you submit to Console Testers.
By submitting content to the service, you grant Console Testers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, process, and share that content as needed to operate the service, assign testers, provide reports, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, legality, and permissions associated with your submitted content.
Some Console Testers features are paid. These may include campaign purchases, testing packages, tokens, credits, or other paid service options we make available from time to time.
Payments are processed through payment providers selected by us. We may retain limited billing and transaction records necessary for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and service operations.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, Google Play approval, production access approval, tester behavior, feedback quality, platform acceptance, or any particular commercial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Console Testers and its operators, affiliates, team members, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Console Testers for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event at issue.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Console Testers and its affiliates, team members, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of or related to your use of the services, your submitted content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@consoletesters.com.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform or our testers, failed to pay required amounts, or if continued service would be unlawful or operationally impractical.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to billing, refunds, indemnification, disclaimers, intellectual property, and limitation of liability.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Console Testers, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over the operator of Console Testers, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
By continuing to use the services after updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised version.
